·Design and implement experiment as well as testing plan according tocustomer request, manage lab daily operation independently
·Provide strong technical support to customers, i.e. technicalintroduction and application advice etc. to help customers solve problems
·Prepare necessary technical data for independent presentation in openseminar and exhibitions .etc.
·Assist to prepare technical concept with the guidance of linemanager
·Assist to transfer existing documents, know-how and methodologies tolocal lab by actively contacting with other technical centers in global scale
·Maintain and update samples, chemical agents, equipment, andoperation procedure in WSC lab to meet with the requirements of IMS / ISOstandard
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education,language, expertise, functional competencies)
·Bachelor degree or above in related chemistry major, like chemicalengineering, high molecular materials, applied chemistry, organic chemistry,etc.
·Master degree or silicone chemistry related education background ispreferred

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责
·Setting up and running reactor lab. Responsibility for reactor labmanagement, EHS and good lab practice according GC and corporate regulations
·New dispersion technologies development ;analyzing polymerdispersions
·Maintain accurate and up to date notebook. Compile experimentaldata, prepare relevant documents and needs to be able to work with spreadsheets
·Work within safety guidelines
·Complete projects in a timely fashion
·Keep awareness of Intellectual Property by business field IPwatching, IP filing and initialize publications
·Collaboration, cooperate and support internally with businesspartners (locally & globally) and peers (team members & other BUs),such as Technical Service, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, IP &Legal, Analytical & Synthesis, etc.
·Writing experimental reports

·Silicone Rubber sales within East China Region mainly focus onmarket segment Automotive
·Develop local accounts to achieve big volumes target
·Develop strategic accounts and maintaining business continuity fortransplant customers from US, Europe, Japan and other South East Asia Region
·Reinforce channel management for best deployment of resources
·Cooperation with market team to provide good market data (MDB andMDP)
·Keep eye on new application development with local technical team
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
·Bachelor Degree preferred in Chemical related majority
·Familiar with auto parts industry or auto OEM
·Good command of written and spoken English
·Well organized with strong communication skill
·Flexible in mobility, able to work independently and under pressure
·Ingenious, professional integrity and very good business acumen
·Good PC knowledge
